Many people experience arthritis or other impaired hand functions that reduce their reach and pull strength. For this reason, Tork has sought to make a large range of its dispensers easier to use. For example, the Tork PeakServe^® range of hand towel dispensers were designed with low pull force, accommodating people with varying hand strength, such as children and elderly people. ​

 

Tork received its first Easy to use certification from the Swedish Rheumatism Association in 2010. This third-party validation ensures that dispensers are truly user-friendly. The Easy-to-use testing method involves individuals with varying levels of limited hand functionality and abilities to assess ease of use, ultimately benefiting all users. ​
