This new adapter is compatible with H2 Elevation dispensers 553020, 553028, 553120, 553128 manufactured before 2019 that feature an oval mouth. It will avoid the cost of replacing dispensers when using Tork Xpress Compressed Multifold Hand Towels (424834 and 420590).
